The Castañeda Realty Team

Casey and Isabel Castañeda are the husband and wife duo of the Castañeda Realty Team under The Property Center brokerage.

A  REALTOR® since 2006, Isabel joined The Property Center brokerage in 2014. As a buyer's specialist, she utilizes her years of experience when helping her clients search for their dream home in the South side of Austin and its surrounding areas. She excels in evaluating a multitude of options and in helping narrow down the selections with grace and logic. Once she understands your goals, she will help keep you on target and find the best home for you and your family. Isabel has helped multiple clients buy their first home which helped create a network of referrals and repeat customers because of her no pressure, down to earth approach.

Casey joined The Property Center after earning his Texas Real Estate license in February of 2018 and brings a background of almost twenty years of managing Technical Support and Customer Experience teams in the software industry and retiring as a Master Sergeant after twenty-five years of service in the USAFR. Casey looks forward to a new career helping buy and sell homes in the beautiful city where he was born and raised.

Having lived and worked in Austin and the surrounding areas almost all of our life, we are well versed in our hometown and Central Texas communities, both new and existing. We'll work together as a team to share our knowledge and experience with a shared goal to provide you with the best experience possible when purchasing or selling your home in the Central Texas area.
